Limited parking is available on site, we recommended carpooling or taking public transport to the event where possible
Check-in begins at 5 pm on Friday,
Check out around 11 am on Monday,
You have a choice of Three-room options (ticket types):
1. Single ticket-occupancy room
2. Double-occupancy room
3. Private Room
If you're traveling solo book a single ticket, I'll pair you with another traveler of the same gender to share a room, fostering the potential for lasting friendships within our vibrant FI community
If you’re traveling with your spouse or friend, you can book a Double-occupancy room or you can book separately and let us know your spouse or friend details and we will match you up
If you would like your own room because personal freedom is more important than financial freedom ;) The private room is for you
Note: Room options are subject to availability. Book early to get your preference.
Cancellation Policy for Tribe FI Australia:
Cancellations made before 3 months before the event will result in a forfeiture of $350 per person.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 3 months prior to the event.
Ticket names can only be transferred with permission from Tribe FI

Option 1: Ask for a Free Lift
Hop into the Tribe FI Facebook Group and ask if anyone’s driving to the retreat, it’s a great way to carpool, save money, and make new friends even before it starts! 🚗💬
Option 2: Uber / Rideshare
The easiest and most direct option if you prefer convenience.
Option 3: Public Transport Adventure 🚌
1. Enjoy a budget-friendly (and scenic!) route:
2. Take the 350 bus from Sydney Airport to Mascot Station
3. Catch a train to Circular Quay (you might need to change at Central Station)
4. Hop on the Manly Ferry — soak in the views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House
5. From Manly, take the 199 bus to Collaroy
💡 Tip: The 350 bus adds about 20 minutes to your trip but saves you the $17 airport surcharge!
🚗 Driving to the Venue
Parking is available at the Collaroy Centre, but it’s limited, we encourage carpooling to save space and meet fellow attendees along the way!
